Did The Google Do It?
A Dell Computer spokesman was unable Friday to confirm whether it was a Dell-made laptop that exploded last week in Japan. Photos of the incident, plus an eyewitness account, were published June 21 at The Inquirer Web site. A witness identifying him or herself as Gaston claims the device was a Dell. Dell isn't the only company interested in just what happened. Google has a lot riding on its new relationship with Dell, one in which some of Google's search features come pre-installed in Dell laptops. |

It seems to me this was rigged. Computer do not "naturally" explode. There is nothing inside them that would produce this kind of thing. I suspect foul play!

This is setup in a banquet room sitting on a tablecloth and I see water glasses and a water pitcher in the pictures. I think we are rather short on good details here. I do find it interesting that the writer CLAIMS it exploded for 5 minutes. So, apparently they let it burn for how long??? Yeah, right.
