Now that a Delaware court judge has unsealed the complaint in a shareholder lawsuit filed against Yahoo's board of directors, we can get an idea of just what the company was up to as it fought off Microsoft's unsolicited acquisition attempt.

As we opined earlier, Microsoft has circled back to Yahoo for round two in the let's make a deal for search and Internet ad sweepstakes. But in a saga fraught with twists and turns, it's not what we expected.

If the computing paradigm is indeed shifting to the cloud, I agree that Microsoft must roll up some serious cloud-based assets and I don't see that being a homegrown calzone...

If I were an artist I might be inclined to play upon the scene in "Indiana Jones: The Temple of Doom," where the evil priest rips out the hearts of poor victims for sacrifices. Google is that priest, standing tall, with Microsoft's bleeding heart in its hands.
